Third party with whom SJPHOTOGRAPHER.COM has concluded a cooperation agreement shall be the exclusive beneficiary of all rights to images (and other visual content) downloaded from this website or a server connected to it. Images and other static visual content cannot be used (published) for commercial purposes or used on (Internet) social networks without prior agreement and written consent by SJPHOTOGRAPHER.COM.

All images taken for publication in print, electronic (TV, Internet) and other media must be signed, i.e. the author and source must be stated.

Non-signing or false signing of author and source of images shall be considered violation of these Terms and breach of copyright in accordance with the Croatian Copyright and Related Rights Act and shall be subject to a penalty. Information on author and source of image is placed next to the image on this site and/or in the  field Creator/Author.

When using (publishing) an image from the SJPHOTOGRAPHER.COM, the user is obliged to sign the image in the following way: SJPHOTOGRAPHER.COM.

Disfigurations and cuts to an image constitute violation of these Terms and breach of copyright in accordance with the Croatian Copyright and Related Rights Act and shall be subject to a penalty.
